Since we are trying to eliminate processed foods, I've had to come up with some staple snack and breakfast recipes that everyone enjoys. These bars do not disappoint. They are delicious!! I've been making them for several weeks now and they are soooo much better than store bought granola bars. I've adapted the recipe from here.
No Bake Peanut Butter Bars
5 cups oats
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
3/4 cup honey
1. Mix honey and peanut butter
2. Stir in oats
3. Pour into large greased pan and press flat with your hand
4. Refrigerate until set (1-2 hours) and cut into bars
I hope your family enjoys these as much as mine does!!
