A Trip to Georgia

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately but this past week I was on a family vacation with my husband, sister, and parents to Savannah and Tybee Island, GA! We all had a relaxing week at the beach and saw lots of beautiful scenery! Savannah is a really pretty city with lots of park squares, beautiful historic homes, and old trees covered in Spanish moss that creep over the roads. I don't have any of our pictures yet because I forgot to bring a camera so I'll have get them from my family later. We got to go to the Tybee lighthouse, to Paula Deen's restaurant, and on a trolley tour of historic Savannah. It was hot, but we all had a good time! We didn't get to spend that much time in the ocean though because the jellyfish were so thick! Anyways here are some of the postcards that I picked up:

Also Tybee had lots of shells on the beach so I picked up several and made these decorative jars:
