Coffee Mug Chocolate Chip Cookie


Did you know you can make a single serving chocolate chip cookie in a coffee mug in your microwave?!? Seriously!! I found this recipe on Pinterest and it basically rocks. It's pretty dangerous that I know about it because now I can whip up my own personal chocolate chip cookie any time I want! I thought I'd pass this wonderful knowledge on to y'all just in case you wanted to try it. :) Your welcome.

Coffee Mug Chocolate Chip Cookie

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
a few drops vanilla
pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp chocolate chips

1. Melt butter in coffee mug.
2. Add sugars, egg yolk, vanilla and salt. Mix.
3. Add flour. Mix until just combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips
5. Microwave 45 sec.
