These 3 ingredient no bake peanut butter bars are AMAZING!! I posted this recipe awhile back and I've been making them ever since. We've completely stopped buying boxed granola bars and I make these weekly instead. They are way better and healthier for you too! You could easily add nuts, raisins or chocolate chips for an even more delicious snack. Everyone in my family loves these including my two year old. I hope you have a chance to give them a try because they are super easy to make and they taste great!
3 Ingredient No Bake Peanut Butter Bars
5 cups oats
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
3/4 cup honey
1. Mix honey and peanut butter
2. Add oats and mix well
3. Pour into pan and press flat with hands
4. Refrigerate 2 hours and cut into bars
These definitely are amazing! Thanks for sharing the recipe! I made them a couple weeks ago for my family and they were a hit! In fact my family has been asking for them since then and so I made another batch yesterday! I pair them with homemade organic yogurt and a piece of fruit and it makes a great and filling grab n go breakfast! Next time I'm going to double the recipe so maybe they will last past one meal!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you are enjoying the recipe!!
DeleteThese look so delicious!! Thanks for sharing. I can't wait to try them for my family. We eat a lot of granola bars so this recipe would save us some serious money. I'll let you know how it goes :)
ReplyDeleteThese sound yummy! Can't wait to try them!
ReplyDeleteDo you put the mixture in a 8x8 pan or 9x13?
ReplyDeleteI use a 9X13 pan.
DeleteGreat! Thanks!
DeleteI am looking forward to trying these as well! Hubby has been buying some bars for work - and these will not only be less expensive, but healthier! THANK YOU! :-)
ReplyDeleteI made these last night and they are delicious!!!! I am going to do two things different next time: 1.) Make my own peanut butter (I had non-organic and it was a bit thick) and 2.) I will use my dough-mixer attachment on our NInja blender because I didnt get it mixed all the way through. They still turned out great, but some of the oatmeal falls off. :-) Thanks for the great recipe.
