This hot chocolate recipe adapted from here, comes together really quickly and tastes way better than the instant kind. It also makes your house smell like chocolate! What's not to love?!

I would say you need an average size crock pot. The small ones would be too small I think. Also, the temp depends on your crockpot. Low might still be a bit warm to drink right away for little ones. You will probably just have to test it and see.
