Apple Butter Crumble Bars

Today I'm sharing a recipe that helps to use up some of that apple butter we made yesterday. These bars are really easy to prepare and of course they are delicious! I got the recipe from here.

Apple Butter Crumble Bars

2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup apple butter (click here for recipe)

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Grease 9" square pan
3. In bowl, combine oats, flour, salt, sugar, and cinnamon
4. Add butter and beat with mixer until crumbly (I used my hands)
5. Pat half of the mixture into baking pan

6. Spread apple butter evenly over crumb mixture
7. Sprinkle remaining mixture and press down gently
8. Bake 30-35 minutes then let cool completely

9. Cut into bars and enjoy!
