Cheeseburger Dip

I've made this dip (adapted from here) several times in the last month because it's just that good! I even made it before we left to go camping one weekend so I didn't have to make dinner once we set up. It's super easy and delicious!

Cheeseburger Dip

You will need:
1/2 lb ground beef
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 can corn
1 can rotel
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small onion, chopped

1. Brown ground beef (this is 2 lbs, I used the rest for dinner the following night) and saute onion until translucent.

2. In large saucepan, separate cream cheese into chunks.

3. Add all other ingredients and cook over medium heat until cheese is melted and everything is heated through.

I hope your family enjoys this recipe as much as we do!

  1. yummy. my family suggested nachos for dinner this week and although that just doesn't sound like a healthy (by any stretch of my imagination) dinner, I thought of this post/recipe of yours.
thank you! it's great. I added some black beans because I love the black bean/corn combo and it healthily stretches it that much further. oh, and olives. :) thanks again.
