I feel like Walker has suddenly morphed into a toddler over the past week and I'm so glad that I had just read this book. It was a very fast and entertaining read with tons of humor, tips and encouragement on parenting toddlers with a Christian perspective. I feel like it gave me a realistic expectation for the toddler years, but also gave me lots of useful information to fall back on.
This book covers:
discipline
tantrums
eating habits
sleeping
potty training
and so much more!
I would highly recommend this book if you are (or will be) the parent of a toddler. These years can be very trying and this book makes me feel like I'm not alone. I know that no book has the magical formula for parenting, but I throughly enjoyed reading The Christian Mama's Guide to Parenting A Toddler and look forward to reading more of Erin's books in The Christian Mama's Guide Series.
I received this book for free from the publisher through the Booksneeze blogger program.
Oh, thank you so much for this post! I am so excited to read this. My "baby" girl is 14 months and while she is the youngest of 4 with 6 years in between her and my youngest son it feels like I am starting all over - like I have forgotten how to do this! ;) I can use all the help I can get - LOL
