I've kinda fallen off the bandwagon with the weekly memory verse challenge since having Walker, but I'm back! (Besides, having a baby is pretty good excuse, right?) My husband and I started memorizing verses again last week and it feels so good to be committing the Word of God to memory again. Here are the last two verses that we've chosen:
"Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer."
-Romans 12:12
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him
and He will make straight your paths."
-Proverbs 3:5-6
I'd love to hear what you've been learning/memorizing since I've been away!
well, as far as memorizing goes, nothing. I think the two verses you have there are good ones to remember. I learned those long ago, but will try to memorize where they are found. Thanks : )
