Crocheted Cowl

Okay, I have to admit, this crochet thing is addicting. Does anyone else agree? I've been knitting and crocheting a big pile of gifts for people this year. Since I can't post those just yet, here's a project that I finished for myself: a cowl!

I crocheted it lengthwise which I think makes it look more even and finished. What do you think? It would be cute a little shorter or longer so you could double it around your neck. Oh the possibilities!

  3. I'm just learning to knit and told the lady who's teaching me that I'd like to do a cowl next. :0) Yours turned out great! Can't wait to see what else you've been busy making.

  8. I love this!
I have a DVD out from the library about how to crochet. I hope I can learn how to do it! That cowl (I've never heard of these) is gorgeous! I like to wear plain shirts, and I think this would really dress it up! You have me inspired to go watch that DVD and pick up whatever I need to get started! Thank you!!
