Menu Plan (Nov 6th-Nov 19th)
I decided to start posting my menu plan again in hopes that it will motivate me to do more baking and keep up with making more of our convenience and snack foods instead of buying them prepackaged. I've gotten away from this in the last few months. Anyway, here's our plan for the next two weeks.
Breakfasts:
Granola (homemade)
Muffins (from mix)
English Muffins (from freezer)
Pancakes (from freezer)
Sausage Links (from freezer)
Oatmeal
Lunches:
Chicken Sandwiches w/Brown Rice
Leftovers
SW Chicken Pockets (from freezer)
PB&J w/veggie
Snacks:
Yogurt
Almonds
Fruit
Veggie
Granola
Muffins
Dinners:
Sunday - Buttermilk Pancakes and Eggs (make extra batches to freeze)
Monday - Baked Potatoes and Homemade Beanie Weenies
Tuesday - Chili (Dinner w/Dad and grandparents)
Wednesday - French Toast, Sausage Links, and Eggs
Thursday - Baked Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, Brown Rice
Friday - Dinner at Friend's House
Saturday - Fried Potatoes, Veggie, and Hot Dog Skillet
Sunday - Cheesy Bean & Rice Burritos
Monday - Parmesan Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Veggie
Tuesday - Baked Potatoes and Veggie
Wednesday - Baked Sweet Potato, Brown Rice, and Veggie
Thursday - Pizza Pasta
Friday - Homemade Pizza
Saturday - Leftovers/Free Day
Baking/Prep Goals:
