This is a really quick and delicious soup recipe.
Cheese Dip Soup
2 cans minestrone soup
1 can pinto beans
1/3 - 1/2 small block of Velveeta cheese, cubed
Add all ingredients to sauce pan and simmer on medium heat until cheese is melted.
Serve with corn or tortilla chips.
