Pumpkin Muffins

These muffins are really moist and delicious:

 Pumpkin Muffins
1/2 C brown sugar
1 C canned pumpkin
1/2 C milk
1 egg
1 tbsn butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 C pastry wheat flour or all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsn cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 12 muffin tins.
Mix sugar, pumpkin, milk, egg, butter, and vanilla.
Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Pour batter into muffin tins and bake for 22-25 minutes.
