I adapted this recipe from here. The original recipe had coconut flakes and flax seed which I didn't happen to have so I just omitted them. They're really easy to make and yummy! I'm hoping they get a little firmer after refrigerating for a while because they're almost like a cookie dough right now. Here's the recipe:
No Bake Energy Bites
1 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
3. Roll into bite size balls and enjoy! (Store extra in fridge.)
You could add raisins, nuts, etc to mix it up a bit.
