We had a cool front move in this past weekend so I decided it was high time to decorate. We bought some pumpkins and corn for the front porch and I pulled out all of the Fall things that I've been collecting. Here are the results:

I love Fall!!
Also, I bought a chive and basil plant to grow in my kitchen window.
I've had the aloe vera plant for awhile which has been great to have on hand for burns. I didn't get to plant a garden this year because of the wedding and working on the house so this is my little window garden.

I'm your newest follower, coming over from the Raising Homemakers Homemaking Linkup. I just have to tell you the following:
ReplyDeleteA. I love your blog. Love it.
B. You have the same decorating sense that I have, only mine is only in my mind and never makes it to my house. But I am inspired from looking at the pics of your home remodel, and am planning my paint colors now!
C. I am also a work from home wife, without children. My Handsome and I have been married for a few years, and I worked full-time outside of the home for the majority of those, and I am finally right where I feel most at peace and blessed. The money thing is always hard, but we've figured out ways to pinch and save, and working from home helps, but we always know that when we're in the middle of God's will, it's the best place to be, and He will provide! Thanks for linking up! I'm glad I found your blog! Feel free to stop by mine if you'd like:-)

ReplyDeleteJust wanted to let you know that I linked to your Before and After Remodel post on my blog today. My folks are coming into town and I think we may bite the bullet and paint, but I am inspired by your wall decor too. Anyway... thanks for giving me inspiration! :-)
